Where are your condos located inside the resort?
- We own two premier units at The Beach Club Resort & Spa on Fort Morgan Road. Catalina 202 is a 1-bedroom condo on the 2nd floor, located right next to the Clubhouse. Bristol 309 is a 2-bedroom condo on the 3rd floor, overlooking the Bristol pool deck.
What is the benefit of your low-floor locations?
- High-rise elevators at big beach resorts can cause 20-minute delays during busy check-in windows. Because we are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, you can skip the elevator crowds entirely and take the open-air stairs directly to your door.
How close is the beach?
- Both towers sit directly on the beach. You can walk from either condo onto the sand in less than 60 seconds.

Do we get access to the resort pools?
- Yes. Your booking automatically includes free access to the specific outdoor pool, hot tub, and boardwalks located directly at your tower (Bristol or Catalina).
How does Clubhouse access work?
- The central Clubhouse features a premium indoor pool, an advanced fitness center, and a private pool deck. Per resort policy, accessing these specific amenities requires an optional daily fee paid directly to the Clubhouse desk. Booking directly with us gives you the flexibility to choose exactly which days you want to buy access, saving you money!
Are there restaurants on-site?
- Yes. The Beach Club features Coast Restaurant & Sushi Bar, The Hideaway sports bar, the seasonal Village Lawn food trucks, and The Village Creamery for ice cream and coffee. You can park your car and never have to leave the resort to eat.
Can we rent beach chairs and umbrellas?
- Yes. Heavy-duty lounge chairs and umbrellas are set up daily on the beach and can be rented directly from the resort’s beach service team during spring, summer, and fall.
